This policy covers the Rowdy Rows app, made by Minds Aspire LLC.
Rowdy Rows has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, and no server of ours. The app collects nothing about you. Your progress stays on your device.
Your progress — levels finished, best times and stars, Rush scores, totals, achievements, and your settings — is stored on your device only. Delete the app and it is gone. Nothing is backed up to a server of ours, because there is none.
If you sign in to Game Center, the app submits your Rush scores to its leaderboards and reports achievements you earn. Game Center is Apple's service: your player identity and those scores are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and we never see them. The game works the same if you never sign in.
Rowdy Complete is a one-time purchase processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. The purchase record lives with your Apple Account, which is also how Restore Purchases works.
Nothing identifying, ever. The app makes no network requests of its own. The two Apple services it uses — the App Store for the purchase and Game Center if you sign in — talk to Apple, under Apple's policies, and involve no server of ours.
Crash reports reach us only through Apple's standard, opt-in mechanism (the iOS analytics-sharing setting you control).
If you write to us from Settings → Help, the message is composed in your own mail app. Report a Problem fills in the app version, your device model and iOS version, your sound, haptics and accessibility settings, your play totals and the last few moves on the board, so we can see what you saw. None of it identifies you, all of it is in the message for you to read and edit, and nothing is sent unless you send it.
Rowdy Rows is rated 4+. It is not directed at children, and it collects nothing from anyone, child or adult, by design.
